BookingQR is a SaaS platform that provides:
- Static and Dynamic QR Code generation.
- AI-powered QR Code design.
- Short link management with advanced tracking and retargeting pixels.
- Barcode generation and reading.
- Landing page creation (bio pages, event pages, etc.).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature (e.g., specific templates or frames) at any time without prior notice.
3. Account Registration and Security
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service.
- Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including accounts accessed via Social Login (Google, Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft, Discord).
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): We provide 2FA for enhanced security. You are responsible for ensuring you have access to your authentication method.
- Account Responsibility: You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User-Generated Content and Conduct
You retain ownership of the logos, text, and media you upload. However, by using the Platform, you grant BookingQR a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You agree NOT to use BookingQR to generate QR codes or Links that:
- Direct to phishing websites, malware, or viruses.
- Promote illegal activities, including fraud, scams, or illegal drug sales.
- Direct to sexually explicit or pornographic content.
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
Specific to Payment QR Codes (PayPal, UPI, Crypto, PIX): BookingQR provides the template for these codes but does not process the payments. We are not responsible for financial losses due to incorrect data entry (e.g., wrong crypto wallet address or UPI ID) input by the user.
5. AI QR Codes
Our "AI QR Codes" feature uses artificial intelligence to generate artistic codes.
- No Guarantee: Due to the nature of AI, we cannot guarantee that every AI-generated QR code will be scannable by 100% of devices or in all lighting conditions.
- Scannability Check: You are solely responsible for testing AI-generated QR codes before printing or mass distribution.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
- Plans: Features such as "Unlimited QR Codes," "White-Labeling," and "Custom Domains" are available based on your subscription tier.
- Billing: Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly).

- White-Labeling: You warrant that you have the legal right to use any logos, favicons, or branding materials you upload to the platform.
8. Analytics and Tracking Pixels
BookingQR allows you to integrate tracking pixels (Facebook, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of these tracking technologies complies with privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA) applicable to your end-users.
- Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy in our "Advanced Statistics" (visitor data, device breakdowns), we do not guarantee 100% accuracy due to browser privacy settings, ad blockers, and bot traffic.
9. Intellectual Property
- Our IP: The BookingQR source code, design, frame templates, and AI algorithms are the intellectual property of BookingQR.
- Your IP: You retain all rights to the data and content you upload.
10. Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookingQR shall not be liable for:
- Printing Costs: Any costs associated with re-printing marketing materials (flyers, business cards, billboards) due to a QR code that is non-functional, expired, or leads to a broken link. Always test your QR codes before printing.
- Data Loss: Loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from the use or inability to use the service.
- Third-Party Services: Issues arising from linked services (e.g., if WhatsApp is down, a WhatsApp QR code will not function).
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, particularly regarding the "Prohibited Activities" (e.g., creating phishing links).
12. Governing Law
